Who can become a member of the LM Club, Denmark
Anyone over the age of 18 who owns or is a co-owner of an LM boat can become an active member of the LM Club, Denmark.
Anyone over the age of 18 who does not own an LM boat can become a passive member of the LM Club, Denmark
Is there any withdrawal period?
An enrollment in the club is binding. There is no withdrawal period and no possibility to get the membership fee refunded.
When will my membership of the LM Club, Denmark end?
A membership of the LM Club expires at the end of the year that your membership / contingent covers. In December, you will be informed that it is time to renew your membership.
A active membership of the LM Club expires at the end of the year that you not longer own a LM-boat.
What categories of membership can I choose to have?
Membership of the LM Club, Denmark is divided into the following categories:
- An active personal membership.
Membership is personal and cannot be shared. - Active family membership.
Membership can be shared by two spouses and couples in a relationship. - A passive personal membership. Membership is personal and cannot be shared.
I am a boat owner and would like to actively participate in the club’s activities. Which membership should I sign up for?
You should sign up for an active personal membership, which entitles you to participate in all club activities. You can vote at the general meeting and be elected to the club’s board.
I am a boat owner and would like to actively participate in the club’s activities with my spouse or partner. Which membership should I sign up for?
You should sign up for an active family membership. With an active family membership, you will be assigned a membership number, which is shared by two named people who are in a relationship. Both named persons are equal members of the LM Club, Denmark.
My wife and I do not have a boat yet. We are looking for all the information about the LM boats that we can get. Which membership should we sign up for?
You should sign up for a passive membership. You will have access to the most comprehensive information about the LM boats available and which you find in the LM Club, Denmark’s library. When you buy your LM dream boat, you are encouraged to change status to an active membership of the club.
Is the website’s content translated into more languages than Danish?
The content of the website is in Danish. However, there are a few articles and advertisements in other languages in the library.
As an active member, can I participate in the club’s activities even if I do not live in Denmark?
Yes. As a member residing outside Denmark, you have the same rights as Danish members.
Does LM Klubben, Denmark also speak and correspond in a foreign language?
LM Klubben, Denmark is Danish. We speak Danish and correspond with all members in Danish.
